You have probably heard of the Challenger but are wondering what the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon might be. Well, in fact, it is supposed to be the next step for the Challenger model as it is a newly appointed vehicle that promises to shake the very foundations of the industry that it is competing in. It is a very powerful car that is very much capable to be used for any kind of a race and brings immense power. It even topples the output brought from the Hellcat model which was released recently.
Dodge realized that their Challenger model is getting dated. It is probably the oldest muscle car in the industry as it had various incarnations so far. It was brought back in 2008 after a 25-year long absence as its fourth-generation incarnation. But the design was no match for the Mustang and Camaro models which received redesigns quite recently but what managed to hold the Challenger brand afloat is the ability to use some very powerful powertrains. This was proven with the Hellcat redesign which came in 2020 which brought an output of about 700 horses, but the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is a version that will go beyond that.
First teased in January of last year and followed up by many teases and pictures which were all unofficial, the car was finally provided in New York for the first time. Since its release date is not imminent and is getting closer, the fans would want to find out as much as they could from this model. We present to you all the currently available information about the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon.
When is the Release Date of the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon Expected?
Following the showcasing in New York, the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is ready for its release. The manufacturers have not given us an exact date for now but the vehicle is supposed to become available by the end of this year. You may expect the release date for the very end of 2020.
What is the Provided Price?
There is no telling how much will the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon cost. But if the output is so grand and the options are immense, we are not only looking at the strongest Challenger but also the most expensive one. The base version costs $27,100, while the Hellcat model has a base MSRP of $64,195, which would in our mind bring the Demon to a price of around $80,000 without options.
Style-wise the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is not so much different than the Hellcat model. In fact, it mostly looks like a beefed-up version of the Hellcat and it clearly indicates that this version hides a lot of power underneath it. The front part of the car gives us a hint with a bulging hood which tells us that it hides an immensely powerful engine underneath and the splitter is also changed. Add to that the enormous wheel arches and it is a clear sighting about what this car offers.
The side of the car gives us more indications about the Demon’s power. Some not-so-subtle hints are the wide fenders and much thicker tires which give the vehicle a very aggressive stance. The rear end is actually a carbon copy of the Hellcat, and if there were no flared fenders one could easily mistake this car for the Hellcat model. The vehicle will also offer 14 paint jobs to choose from all with a specific style.
The same story follows the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon on the inside. It is essentially a Hellcat car that was based on the revised Challenger which came in 2015. The only difference is the addition of Demon badges which seem in the headrests, the steering wheel, and the instrument cluster. But the most interesting part about the 2021 SRT Demon is that it only has a driver’s seat as standard, other seats are excluded from the offer. This is done in order to ensure the lightest circumstances for racing and make the car as light as possible. But if you really want to add seats you can do that for 1 dollar per seat. So you can easily change your one-seater into a 5-seater if you wish to do so. As far as the driver’s seat goes you can choose either Alcantara suede or Laguna leather for a premium look. Besides this, there is a lot of race inspired goods added for the car which would excite the most hardcore racing fans.
The Fun Comes with the Engine
Under the hood of the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is where all the action comes from. The Demon continues to borrow from the Hellcat but only takes the supercharged, 6.2-liter V-8 engine and redesigns it, leaving it to have very little in common with the engine it is based on. The changes included are a larger, 2.7-liter supercharger, a higher rpm limit, increased boost pressure and many more. The total output amounts to 840 horsepower and 770 pound-feet of torque, which is an upgrade compared to the Hellcat of 133 hp and 120 lb-ft of torque.
Top Speed and 0-60 mph
Thanks to the upgrades made for the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, the vehicle is able to provide class-leading specs when it comes to acceleration. The model will be able to race to 0-60 mph in just 2.3 seconds, making it faster than any other muscle car out there. The top speed is rated so somewhere around 190 mph now.
Fuel Economy Stats
Well, it is pretty hard to talk about the fuel economy of the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon because there are no ways to save fuel if you want to go fast, and you are going to go fast with the Demon. Instead of making any assumptions and trying to come out with a feasible figure we will just say a lot, it consumes pretty much a lot of fuel and is pretty hard to maintain this kind of a vehicle.
The Dimensions of the Car
The size of the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is going to be a bit similar to the Hellcat, but ultimately offers its own numbers when it comes to the size. The vehicle’s length is measured to 197.5 inches and it has a wheelbase of 116.2 inches. The height is therefore 57.4 inches and the width of the car amounts to 78.8 inches. The curb weight is 4,280 Lbs.
One thing which is interesting about the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is that one would need to obtain certain regulatory pieces for this kind of car. This is mostly meant for drag racing as it is allowed to do that but with specific racing, license added safety equipment which will come besides the standard offering. This is a rule which is imposed by the NHRA which regulates these kinds of things for the racing community. But the Demon will come with all the standard safety equipment which you see in the Hellcat.
There are not many vehicles on the market that could rival the 2021 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon in its current state. The newest Challenger version has really put an inconceivable task for other vehicles to follow and it would be really hard to see a muscle car that could make the same kind of offerings as the Demon des. Cars that come to mind are the Shelby GTE and the Hennessey Camaro ZL1 The Exorcist, which are clearly in not in the same category but can prove to be comparable in power.

2021 Cadillac XT5 Release Date, Price and Specs
The newly announced 2021 Cadillac XT5 is supposed to be the replacement car for the SRX, the midsize crossover Cadillac car which they are putting on hiatus. Cadillac has been on a mend for quite some time and the sales have been staggering. In order to save what could be saved, Cadillac introduced their V-lineup in an attempt to attract younger audiences, but the style they introduced was dated so it did not really work. But they are hoping that with the introduction of cars like the CTS, ATS and CT6 they manage to get people’s attention. The new 2021 Cadillac XT5 is also a part of that reviving lineup.
With the new crew on board, they promised that they are going to give the SRX the overhaul it deserves. It only starts with the name change but there will be much more than that as they are giving us a new styling for a completely new look and also a completely newly added engine as well. We will see if this is enough to bring the car back to the top of the luxury segment.
The pictures which arrived and which showed how well the new XT5 looks were enough to make us feel interested. We realize that we are not the only people who want to see more of this car and we are preparing for the upcoming release date with our review.
When is the Release Date for the 2021 Cadillac XT5?
The newest and updated 2021 Cadillac XT5 will be hitting the market pretty early. In fact the release date has already been set and we will see this car available for sale since April this year. This is a good move from the makers in Cadillac as they are bringing the model to us as early as possible to enjoy.
What is the Potential Price?
The price is not a mystery any more as they rates for the 2021 Cadillac XT5 have already been released. The new models is brought to us in four trim levels, with the base one costing $38,995 as a base MSRP, while the top-tier XT5 Platinum being valued at $62,500.
Compared to the SRX, the new 2021 Cadillac XT5 looks a lot more sophisticated than before. This is all because of the new design language that Cadillac is employing for the newest fleet of vehicles which are scheduled to come out. The most changes happened in the front end of the car with vertical integrated LED headlights moved down close to the separate set of LEDs on the air intakes. It really makes the front part of the car more aggressive compared to before.
The rear end of the XT5 looks similar to the new CTS, mainly due to the new language usage. Thanks to the horizontal lines running from taillight to taillight, the rear end looks much busier compared to before and the reserve lights are placed differently also. It is also placed on a more visible location, on the top of the bumper making it much easier to discern.
Thanks to the new design crew, the newest version of the XT5 will be much lighter as it is going to shed 278 pounds compared to before. It makes it 100 pounds lighter than the Audi Q5 and 650 pounds less than Mercedes GLE-Class.
Inside Changes and Appearance
The inside of the 2021 Cadillac XT5 takes things to a whole new level. In fact the interior has so many nice updates that it makes it equally look good and comfortable. The cut-and-sewn wrapped panels are the first things that you will notice and the car also uses a new Rear Camera Mirror System. In the center stack you will find a new an updated CUE system with a faster processor and a lager screen. There is a place for charging your smartphones and also internet connection ability as well.
Woodgrain inserts are made for the door panels and around the door vents on the instrument cluster around the steering wheel. The steering wheel itself contains multiple added controls which you can use for your driving and infotainment settings. The DIC is digital but everything else has a traditional analogue usage. Also, the rear part offers 40-20-40 folding to provide you with more cargo space.
The US version of the 2021 Cadillac XT5 will actually be powered by an engine seen in many other Cadillac vehicles. We are of course talking about the 2.0-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder that is used for the CTS, ATS and CT6 models. It comes with Start/Stop capability, Variable valve timing and Active Fuel Management and Cylinder Deactivation technology and is quite capable of churning out 310 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. Finally, the powertrain will be combined with a new eight-speed automatic transmission which is standard with Electronic Precision Shift.
What is the Acceleration Time and Top Speed?
Based on the current specs that the 2021 Cadillac XT5 will be able to provide, we are getting similar specifications as the cars the engine it borrows. It will be able to speed to 0-60 mph in 7 seconds and also offer us a top speed of 125 mph, which is pretty good for a type of car that we are getting.
Fuel Economy for the 2021 Cadillac XT5
Fuel economy will not be the part that the 2021 Cadillac XT5 will be able to boast with. Even with the lightweight figures and the reduction in weight that the car made, it is difficult to say that this model is fuel efficient. The numbers are here to prove it and we can see that the EPA says it uses 18 mpg city and 26 mpg highway, with a combined effort of only 19 mpg. But the car has not been made to impress us with its fuel stats so we can put this part as a secondary thing.
Safety Equipment and Stats
The new 2021 Cadillac XT5 will come equipped with various safety features as any other Cadillac model has. The car will add front and rear airbags and also include Driver Awareness and Driver Assist packages. These can add Lane Keeping Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Side Blind Zone Alert, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Automatic Parking Assist. The XT5 will also add the Rear Camera Mirror, which was used for the first time on the CT6 models.
In terms of dimensions and size, the 2021 Cadillac XT5 will not change so much compared to its SRX brand. The model will be 112.5 Inches long, have a wheelbase of 189.5 Inches, the height of 66.0 Inches and width of 75.0 Inches. Estimated curb weight is 3,999 pounds for the FWD version and 4,277 pounds for the AWD one.
The competition is not going to rest and although updated the 2021 Cadillac XT5 will still face the top luxury cars in the segment. These are probably the BMW X3 and the Audi Q5 which have been the unprecedented rulers in the market so far and it will be interesting to see if the XT5 has what it takes to bring them down.

2021 GMC Terrain Release Date, Prce and Specs
The next-generation project of the 2021 GMC Terrain is coming this year. The model made a debut at the Detroit Auto Show this year as a 2021 model which will keep the car still relevant on the market. The new generation model is supposed to be sleeker and has a stylish exterior that will depart from the old, boxy SUV style from before. They are also some preparing new technology, like LED daytime running lights, HID headlamps for the outside and an updated infotainment system for the inside. Changes are also going to happen under the hood where there are three different turbocharged four-bangers available. But the best part of the new GMC Terrain car for 2021 is the usage of the new D2XX architecture which will lower the curb weight of the car and add a stronger frame.
The first GMC Terrain was introduced to the market back in 2010 and was the smallest SUV vehicle that GM has introduced yet. It had a really peculiar size so it was somewhere between a compact and a midsize car in terms of its appearance. It was going for six years without any updates when in 2016 they finally decided to give it a mild refresh. But even with the update, there were many complaints about the vehicle which primarily had to do with the technology implemented for the vehicle. This is the part that prompted a quick turnaround with the new-generation car.
The best part of the update has to be the framework though, these days the type of framework for an SUV is the same as for regular cars. Also, this might be the last SUV using a V-6 engine as a four-cylinder one might start to get more popular thanks to superior fuel economy.
The next-gen 2021 GMC Terrain is coming soon and we are here to report about it with our review and help you make sense of the recently released pictures of the car.
When is the Release Date of the 2021 GMC Terrain Scheduled?
The newest 2021 GMC Terrain has showcased its new-generation model at the Detroit Auto Show this year. It was the first time that we were able to get a glimpse of the car and see what it is all about. But as it just so happens the model will be released by the end of the year. The release date will be determined soon but we are certain that the car is going to be available for sale by then.
How much will the Price amount to?
Although people were expecting that the price of the 2021 GMC Terrain might go down as they are making it smaller compared to before, the prices will rise a little bit. This does not mean that we are getting a very expensive car now, but it is just a normal price boost that we get with any type of a new generation model. The base MSRP price of the entry-level vehicle will be $27,995. Prices rise with higher trim levels like the SLE-1 and SLE-2 priced $30,997 and $32,225. The SLT is $34,345 with the Denali going all the way to around $38,000.
An Updated Look for the 2021 GMC Terrain
It appears that the designers have finally decided to update the look of the 2021 GMC Terrain. The dated boxy design is no longer needed for use in the segment, so it was time to change to a more modern style. Also gone are the square wheel arches, the square grille, and ugly exterior lights. The old version was not a geometrically sound car, but we think that the newest one has managed to change enough so we get a fully new one. In fact, the whole front end is updated, starting with a redesigned hood which is angled more downward than the last time. It adds more curved lines so it has a very muscular look. The grille has a chrome surround and three chrome louvers which emphasize the sportiness of the car even further. The final touch is the new headlights that have a C shape design and are a big departure to what we have seen on the last Terrain model.
The side of the car has a sleeker and a refined look. There is a single but sharp body line that connects the headlights and the taillights. The lower portion of the door is as smooth as the outgoing model was. In the rear, the glass is shorter than the outgoing model has it but it has just the right size to offer a good view for the driver. The taillights are also drastically different and have a similar shape as the headlights do. The hatch also serves as a place where a small lense is stored where the reserve light is placed, but they decided not to link them together with a chrome stick, which is better. Perhaps the only part which has been carried over unchanged are the exhaust outlets below which are positioned and shaped like last time.
More Changes on the Inside
The inside of the 2021 GMC Terrain model features as much as changes on the inside as it did for the outside of the car. They have only kept a couple of things the same when it comes to the new model, namely the semi-digital instrument cluster and small TFT screen positioned between two primary gauges, but the majority of the interior is very much different. As far as new things go, the most noticeable part is the dash design. It has a new layout which makes it flatter on top with a sharp drop-off on the passenger’s side. Interesting, but the dash sits perhaps a quarter-inch lower than the surrounding trim.
The steering wheel is different as it is smaller compared to before. The side spokes are longer and add more controls on it. It comes with a silver trim that matches the ones on the handles. One of the things that we can argue about is the inclusion of the FCA’s shifter which was confusing to use in some previous models. We think that the same problem might arise here so it is not a good solution to use one here. But the door panels have wider armrests which are much more comfortable to use and provide a great inside feel.
More Powertrain Choices for the 2021 GMC Terrain
For this new version of the 2021 GMC Terrain, they have decided not to offer a V-6 variant and offer us a different array of no less than three engine variants. The entry-level one is the 1.5-liter four-cylinder, while the highest and range-topping choice is the four-cylinder 2.0-liters one. The middle trim is the 1.6-liter diesel which will probably be the most fuel-efficient offer also. The base engine offers 170 HP and 203 LB-FT while the highest version has 252 HP and 260 LB-FT. The middle one provides the least amount of power with 137 HP and 240 LB-FT, but all three of the engine will use a Hydra-Matic 9T45 nine-speed automatic transmission.
0-60 mph and Top Speed
It appears that the acceleration ability of the 2021 GMC Terrain will not change so much. The model will still be able to reach 0-60 mph in about 6.3 seconds as before and keep its top speed rating of 118 mph.
Will the Fuel Economy Improve?
Unfortunately, the fuel economy ratings are not official by now for the 2021 GMC Terrain. But thanks to the improved engine choices we are hoping that the diesel variant can provide an economically sound option for all the drivers who are hoping to spend less on fuel. The projected consumption is perhaps stated at 30 mpg on the highway and 40 mpg highway which will pit it close to the competition models.
Some Changes in the Dimensions
It appears that the newest version of the 2021 GMC Terrain will have a smaller size compared to the previous truck. A new generation needs some different specs so they have decided to go with a size change which is supposed to bring a certain update to the car which will be very much welcomed. It will have a length of 182.3 inches, wheelbase 107.3 inches, width 72.4 inches, and height 65.4 inches.
Although the official safety stats are still not made available for the 2021 GMC Terrain, it is safe to say that they are going to be great. The car is loaded with some new safety technology which will address some of the features of the car. The advanced and optional pieces of equipment include the forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, a surround-view camera system, active lane control, blind-spot monitors with rear cross-traffic alert, and a safety alert seat. Your standard pieces of equipment include the airbags and a teen driving feature.
There are some Rivals in the Segment
The segment will not be so kind for the 2021 GMC Terrain model. They were already lagging behind with the old design and the update will make give it a much needed improving but it will still take some time for the model to get back into contention. Although we predict better sales numbers with the 2021 Terrain, cars like 2021 Infiniti QX50 and Lexus NX will still have the center stage here.

2021 Mercedes AMG S63 Release Date, Pictures and News
The feeling of luxury and tons of gadgets are the things you will love in the new 2021 Mercedes AMG S63. The current model has been here for 3 years now, and we don’t want it anymore. We need some better interior arrangement and we need a new engine. Will we get one? Will the interior be better and will the Mercedes change anything on the exterior?
When is the 2021 Mercedes AMG S63 Release Date?
The release date is most probably going to be somewhere at the end of 2020, and we can hardly wait the day of the real “hands on” review. That will be one of the most beautiful days for us. Maybe not for all the people in the department, but just me… Why? Well because I have never loved Mercedes until I saw the AMG S63. After that, I saw the E class, and I got hooked. It seats on the shelf of my dreams, right next to the BMW M5 and Chevrolet Camaro.
The price is not going to be healthy for anyone. It is a luxury car, and it is meant for the rich people with chauffeurs, but it is too much. I think that they know its place. Mercedes knows the popularity of its brand and it will never stop to evolve. The price tag will go north from $144,000. And don’t even try to add something up. Your head will blow up.
The Changes of the Exterior
The only clues we have got so far are directly connected with the 2021 Mercedes AMG S63 breaking down on the road. That is a kind of irony, to get spy shots of one of the most anticipated vehicles of the year, while it stands on the side of the road, waiting for a mechanic. Well, the car and the driver are not to blame. The battery was not good but the car was.
There are minor new details and the best one is the lights. Not the shape of the lights, or the slightly changed grille, but the technology. As we found out, the new 2021 Mercedes AMG S63 is going to use the new technology for LED Multibeam. It is practically the high-tech version of high beams. It automatically detects the vehicles ahead, type of road, an edge of the road, curves on the road and it transforms its lights accordingly. When there is a car in front of you, it will lower those parts of light and it will illuminate the rest. When it detects that you are on the highway, it will lower the outer edge of the beam so you won’t have to worry about the incoming traffic. When there are curves on the road, it follows the curves and illuminates the curves… Future is now.
Only camouflaged parts were bumpers. So expect some changes there. The rest of the car (including the panoramic roof) stays the same.
2021 Mercedes AMG S63 Interior’s Big Screen
If we are to believe those spy shots, the interior of the 2021 Mercedes AMG S63 will be changed in some good and some illogical ways. The first one is the central screen and the instrument gauge. It will now be one huge screen and it will be there to show the infotainment screen and the gauge cluster. As usually, the gauge will be the are used for the infrared/ night vision mode and the central part for the media control, maps, phone connectivity and 360-degree camera view.
The illogical part is on the beautifully tailored seats. Or the middle compartment between the front seats. It allegedly has the Maybach symbol. We don’t see the reason for that. The only possible reason is that they didn’t have anything else to place there, so they used something they had in that moment.
If we leave that on the side, the interior is one of the most beautiful things on this car. It feels like you are in some luxurious apartment. There are tons of buttons on the side, on each door and in the middle where it should’ve been the shifter. Now you have that circular dial control for the multimedia. Little strange, but tolerable
Each of the buttons has its own purpose. Whether you use those buttons to move your seat in 20 different directions or activate some of the available massage options, you simply cannot make a wrong move. Once you take your place on that seat, you forget about the reason you saved that money, you just give it away.
Power Inside of the New 2021 Mercedes AMG S63
Ok, since we mentioned that there is no real shifter, you have some on your wheel. You can control gears on those “formula 1-like” shifter, and you can control the behavior of your engine too. There are 3 different modes: Sport, Manual, and Comfort. Those options are transferred from the previous models, but the shifter is now a 9 speed with the same treatment. That will give this vehicle some boost in acceleration and better transitions, plus better fuel consumption.
The AWD is also going to be the standard, which is very peculiar because we have just found out the BMW is implementing the AWD on their M5 model too.
The current engine, twin turbocharged 5.5 liter V8 will be replaced by the newer version of the same twin turbo wit 4.0-liter V8 powerplant. That will give the vehicle up to 614 hp and the acceleration from 0-60 in 3.7 seconds. It is a fast car, a sports car, but not the racing car. It is a luxurious sports car with the ability to drift.
Allegedly, there will be special mode (taken from the E class) that will add to the “rebel” side of you. You will be able to transfer the 90% of power from AWD to the rear wheels and just drift with ease. I don’t know for who is this option, but it cannot hurt anyone… or it can…
The main competition for 2021 Mercedes AMG S63 can be found only in its relatives. BMW M760Li and BMW M5 XDRIVE in the company of the famous Audi S8 are the main rivals. You simply cannot compare Mercedes with any Eastern or Western brand. It is and it will be one of the most luxurious brands on the planet.
It will continue to use the main characteristics of the previous models and it will build upon them. Every aspect is perfect, but the price is something you would (maybe) rather use for some smaller house.
If you have enough money, you like sports cars and you love comfort, this is a car made for you.
